It's more of a trading company than engineering company, no proud or joy for products you sell. No transparency from management- no townhall meetings, there was one organized in 3 years where no questions were taken Company is stagnant / in loss, so no / meagre incentives or increments If you're stuck with a bad manager, be sure to be bullied, Even if your manager does your appraisal without discussing with you, HR will not be able to do much. No attention to processes, no direction from leadership. Needless to say, attrition is very high.

Frequent changes in Leadership, Pay scales & Growth opportunities are very poor, No functional & behavioral training,

In Pandemic situation organisation has supported well to the employee for salary they have paid , but after that when the plant was started they were focused on man power reduction . That is not fair to the employee's wealth , organisation should focus on that

I have spend almost 3 year in genset dept but my salary doesn't grow more than 14k even having engineering degree so i would prefer that dont waste your time here career growth is zero.

Working at greaves will give you lots opportunities to learn new things...overall skill development like design and development.you will get the exposure in testing as well.

Dislikes

Being small orgnisation, no data base available for the designer. One more point is salary compensation was low after doing a good job in the year.
