In Pandemic situation organisation has supported well to the employee for salary they have paid , but after that when the plant was started they were focused on man power reduction . That is not fair to the employee's wealth , organisation should focus on that

Yearly 6 to 8% salary hike u will get..u may get 0% if ur performance rated low by ur manager.

Insiders who have been dedicated to the company for years are not fairly compensated compared to outsiders who are hired at higher pay scales. Management seems to prioritize external hires over internal talent, which can be demotivating for long-term employees. Lack of a clear career growth path for existing employees. While the company has many positives, addressing these concerns would significantly improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's more of a trading company than engineering company, no proud or joy for products you sell. No transparency from management- no townhall meetings, there was one organized in 3 years where no questions were taken Company is stagnant / in loss, so no / meagre incentives or increments If you're stuck with a bad manager, be sure to be bullied, Even if your manager does your appraisal without discussing with you, HR will not be able to do much. No attention to processes, no direction from leadership. Needless to say, attrition is very high.
