The company was filled with young people. So the vibe is good.

You don't receive the salary you were promised. Instead, you have to request them for petty cash and it will also be credited in 4 to 5 installments. They only conduct meetings and promise some amount but they never stay true to their commitment. So we are the losers who believe them and work hard.

Everything.. no salary, no settlement, work without money.. make you to work on university deadlines for whole night.. fake promises, poor management.. Received relieving letter after 2 months. Worst organization

Training provided here will make you a successful sales person. Being small company you will get lot of opportunities to learn and excel, if you are a go getter and a quick learner.

Dislikes

They mention it as 4.2 LPA but it's different internally, you don't get 1.2L as Variable Pay. Severe issues with payrolls, incentives. No PF, other benefits. If you are ready to work for free you can prefer joining. Unprofessional environment.

There is a lot of work to be done so if you are someone with new ideas, you can add a lot of value.

No work-life balance. 6 days working and sometimes they'll ask you to work on public holidays. An unprofessional general manager who'll always point out your mistakes and never give you appreciation. If you are someone who values learning, appreciation, and work-life balance. I suggest you shouldn't work here.
