It was really nice working with the company. I got a lot of learnt. I had customer interaction, customer question queries & resolved.

Dislikes

There was no growth or change in salary after so much hard work and target completion or completion of the year.

Company work is good but the environment of the company is very toxic.

First things you will never receive the salary on time and 99% never receive the incentive.. If you have any query regarding salary or related to hr. Hr will not receive the call and not give the reply of mail.... And also higher authority management will not solve the problem.... They higher only 3 month after that they will fire you without give any confirmation mail and you will not receive the experience letter.....hr and manager will not receive the call. Manager will cut your salary.... And will give the excuses....

While every company has areas of improvement, I appreciate that GQ is proactive in addressing challenges. Any concerns I have had such as occasional communication gaps have been met with a willingness to improve, making the work environment more constructive.

Too much politics the culture is where your manager will never give the credits for your work and will always be there take up your credit, they really play with your own self beliefs they will never remove you directly instead what they do is putting you in PIP and then expect you to achieve your quarterly targets in 1 month and if you don’t deliver you will be removed out of rhe organisation irrespective whether you are 6 months or 6 years in the organisation.

- Company has a good tech stack with a clear vision to execute their goals - Uncapped Leave policy - Lean team of Engineers meaning ample opportunities to make autonomous decisions and hands on experience in industry specific tech - Hardworking and helpful colleagues to work with - Flexible timings make sure work life balance is easily attainable - Clear focus on results rather than counting hours
