The company did not provide offer letter and salary slip i have been working since 3 months now. Also the company is laying off employees and hired a new agency for such a role. I am very disappointed with the choice of companies on naukri.com. I will never use this app again and strongly recommend people not to. Waisted 3 months of my career

Everything Here is nothing to motivate you. Even they demotivate you once you join the company. Company dependency only 1 or 2 old employees who is driving the company with their own selfish suggestion. Hypocretive employer and their biased behaviour. I would like to say company's current image is totally fake and negative due to old employees behaviour and MD. If any body wants to grow yourself and want to learn more so definitely it would be not your right platform. *No job security* Anytime they terminate you without giving any proper reason.
