The company did not provide offer letter and salary slip i have been working since 3 months now. Also the company is laying off employees and hired a new agency for such a role. I am very disappointed with the choice of companies on naukri.com. I will never use this app again and strongly recommend people not to. Waisted 3 months of my career

If you will go through reviews you can automatically relate they are forced to write good reviews as there is nothing to like there and organisation has limited proficiency in English among the staff, you won't be able to upgrade yourself. Only few people are good there but everyone eventually leave.

There is no work life balance, after joining this organisation you will get to know that people work on bare minimum so there skill set is as per that only. There is nothing to learn. You won't even find 5 people with whom you can have conversation in fluent English, after sometime you will feel you have downgraded yourself. It is a perfect example of "TRADITIONAL LALA COMPANY". There is no hierarchy, they don't understand this concept. Founders are micro managers. Attrition rate is too high, they are trying to build repo with there gigantic infrastructure and fake reviews. They will even record with whom you are having lunch, sharing food, taking bathroom breaks, coffee then will ask managers to stop the team from basic things, then when candidate resign then they be like what went wrong.
