I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

The only good thing about Gratitude India is that they offer a good salary so your next role can start from that. There is nothing else which is good about the company.

... Not only me but my entire team leaving just 2 people to train the new hires. Why hire people when you have no money to pay them? The owners are very dumb and have no sense of how to run a company, they will speak very rudely when questioned and not answer calls. They will also call parents because the "employees are not listening" If you ever apply to this company, it is better to stay at home rather than being in this madhouse with horrible, dumb and stupid management who do not know how to do their jobs.

...rk pressure and no work life balance they will ask u to work 24/7 7 days a week. No professionalism, Salaries are not paid on time, if your unable to achieve targets even your basic salary will be on hold. They ask new joinees to write fake good reviews on internet, 99% of good reviews that you see are Fake. They won't provide you with proper relieving papers if you don't achieve your targets. DO NOT JOIN THIS CONSULTANCY.
