Work culture, middle management, not involved backbone of core job. They are doing Safety, audit meeting, All burdens loaded to juniors. Not value added works more,

Work culture is very bad due to high level of corruption in Industrial relation. Behaviour of GM IR to its own employees is worst. Highly political environment in dept. Corruption is very high! If any senior is reading pl take action. Can check with existing employees of IR as well as other departments.

... the manegement don't address our issues. Very bad work environment and culture. Salary policy very bad I don't like this company policies. No gym, no game space. No relax only work no life balance. Also bad food and no transport
