1. Its a company which grew very fast. 2. Can expect growth in short span. 3. Appreciates good work. 4. Managers are approachable even if you're in client location. 5. Might get a chance to travel abroad if you're lucky.

Dislikes

1. With 10+ months of experience in Graphene, I worked in a project which was on the verge of collapse;the damage was already done.Within couple of months of joining our team was reduced from 12 to 4 firing 8 members; later the other 3 moved out within 1 month. 2. The management was not proactive in identifying their key resources, some changes were made to correct it later. 3. Its just another consulting firm, supply engineers based on projects. Engineer should adapt to that technology, however management looks out for internal trainings if possible. 4. Subject to fire; if no project, management is very active to relieve you immediately. 5. Company has working hours which means beyond 7PM, they shutdown and lock the doors.
