Never join a company where few people have taken over everything, never believe their words during interviews take everything in written, ultimate level politics so be careful in case joining, don’t try to give any suggestion otherwise people will be against to you and they will force you to leave, never join in Kolkata office, I won’t even suggest to join GT Indus at all. Btw this is my personal experience you can have your own by joining them but one thing also that laterals can’t stay there for long time. Also note in teams some puppets are also working for senior management so be sure when you are trying to discuss anything. Last thing never trust HR people they are just puppet of senior management they have nothing in their hand. They are like robots Jo Malik kahega wo hi krunga.

Dislikes

During busy season the minimum expected chargeable hours is 60 per week. Saturday are mandatorily working. There is balance. Some managers expect you to be present all the time. From a learning point of view, you are not entitled to much learning since you are put into multiple engagement and most of it task based work. Most of the good works is done by the US team.

There's nothing I like, the teams there, are extremely cunning, beware if you don't play as they say they will put you into PIP and cheat you by stealing your hard earned bonus and mentally torture you to quit
