I worked as a trainee for 8 months & then promoted as Accounts Executive. There is no system to perform your roles any person is doing some of the work irrespective of their role in the organisation. There is no SOP as such I came though according to my work. Not a good environment to work.

Dislikes

No work balance, Usage of dirty words/languages.
