Its only a shop of owner type no job security not salary and incentives depending on your senior mood not on target base i work here for 3years and 6 months my last working is jan 23 but today 150 days over my F&F still pending no response.

All things about company dislike even no hr involvement into company matters and even F&F not in the hand of HR department.

...s a lot of challenges at work to learn & grow. The management very supportive. The salary is above industry standards. Growth opportunities are huge if your performance is exceptional.

I think there is no dislike as an employee. But In my opinion as an existing employee to run organization or company. Behavioural approaches is must.

The company is well reputed, Job security is good enough is proper skills are there. Company provides a lot of exposure & flexibility to work. The overall culture is very vibrant & the support of seniors is great. Management provides lot of opportunities to grow. The company has some very employee centric policies. Overall it is a very great company to work with.
