Very difficult to precise the likes.

Dislikes

The work culture was extremely toxic, the senior management was aware about every malpractices happened on the branch offices but rarely found time to sort it out. Being a manager, one has to wait for the final approval on every single assignment or decisions taken. Office politics were even toxic, only that ruined the culture.

Getting opportunities to work with top to bottom level management, real development of tribal area development process and community. How to deal with tribal community? Developing projects and talking funds from governments as well as from corporates use CSR.
