It had a good culture some years back, there are still some very good colleagues here

Dislikes

No clear pathways from founders, their attitude and behaviours towards most of the employees is rude except some favourite ones, there is no say as senior management feels that they know everything

1- Job security 2- Leadership synchronization is pathetic, even the second layer of managers are more poor at managing the team and unsecured people, those are managing their subordinates. 3- Organization identification crises are huge, someone calls it a media channel, someone will say NGO, and someone will say Gram Vaani is a community Radio Station. 4- Ground team payment is very very badly managed by the organization. 5- The HR position is just like a proxy for them. Why do they have HR when all decisions are taken by the company founders? 6- One founder very smartly sits silently another one does not realize what he doing and this second one is not capable enough to manage single-handedly. 7- Poor fund management, they haven't tracked their balance, and as a repercussion, they hired an unrealistic no of resources which they realized later. 8- People have their own religious beliefs and that shows in their work, which again hampers org. 9- End no of issue this organization.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
