There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but growth is very low and they did't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing is to like here except MD & VP (Abhinav & Vaibhav). Bcz these two people are very clear about their vision but middle management level specially odiya people playing game with them.....showing false data in meetings every time....trying to save each other....supress others effort and take credit. Due to this internal politics....one can not survive for long time....even organization too.

Dislikes

Specially midle level management is terrible and huge office politics involve. There are no specific SOP of work. It will change based on employee and manager......every time in meetings wrong data presented by managers.

Nothing seriously. This company is baseless, there is promotion and growth .It benefits only for those who shows brother and try show off.
