This is not a comoany. This is a govt sector bt my post is not a secure this department. Bt I satisfied this work because it has help in my life my and develop my skill when not took a Good job. I search a good job secure and growth my life. And my life style.

Not respected there work and post. Salary is not good according work.

Not satisfactory at all. But excellent job security with fixed increasing salary. So inspite off all draw backs I have been compelled to stay here.

Carrier growth is made after fixed interval with salary increment only. Training is given but on administrative features rather than technical aspect. Very low exposure to improve technical ability.

Good work and training was best... I liked to supported any person.

...nment was not good. Staff is Not supported to me. There was a lot of politics. Salary not good and not any benefit.

Senior officers Good behaviour, supporting staffs daily challenging works. Weekly did the social works. Lots off learning in grama panchayath.

Long hours working in a day, sometimes no holidays or leaves.

Costumes all Privacy and all personal documents in secure. Do my best in all work. All documents are return to costumer after completion work. Work is Face to face and Hand to hand., so no any Fraudness in my work.
