It horrible experience, No one to report, all the talk way. Pathetic work environment. Nothing to like about the company

Dislikes

No work culture, no Job security, No PF, They have back-end access of your system so they can peep in your computer, No medical claims, Not even an access card....(Think twice if you join). Its better to join starbucks or CCD rather than Graebert

You get salary before time around 20-22 of each month and you can in cash your unused leaves at the end of the year.

Dislikes

Most pathetic work culture, no one gives proper training to new joiners and they expect you to work extra at home (5-6hrs minimum) without any extra payment or relaxation. Most of the employees are a daily drinker and chew tobacco and also want you to follow them even if you like it or not. The top management has totally nontechnical and nonprofessional behavior. few employees are only blind follower of their Boss (Only way to survive here!!!). No HR department, just Hitler rule.

No professionalism, very biased work environment, few managers and employees chew Guthkha tobacco while working at desk, no Job security, bad policies, no salary slips provided regularly, they provide salary slip only on demand, no proper documents provided, no canteen no parking etc etc..
