...is permanent Work from Home and the Academic Specialist gets the assets at home. The salary is on time. Apart from this, everything is worst here.

Dislikes

They can fire you without any reason. They put me inside PIP and didn't offered me any valid reason for it. They fired hundreds of Employees without any proper reason. Only those employees gets promotion here who are bootlickers of their senior managers. Even the managers don't know how to behave professionally with the juniors. Being at a senior position does not give license to the Manager to talk rubbish to the employees at lower level than them. They also ate up my rewards. Don't work here!

Culture in BYJU'S EXAM PREP is absolutely tremendous, Salary/benefits are on time, holidays/leaves are approved on time, management cares about their employees. Team members are so approachable, helpful and very supportive.
