Nothing is like one of the worst organisation of my career the company is fast forward to deduct salary at any mode. When you will give 100% to company and will expect some promotion then they will treat that we are in Business losses etc..

There are mostly people who is working WFH just because they are so near to Senior Wife getting salary by just sending a mail in a day and doing fully WFH because his husband is senior in North zone ..People who are getting less salary will have to come daily office..

Dont join. Pls dont Small companies are even Betgeri than grab they are ready to deduct amounts from salary anytime with no reasons or false reasons. No work life balance no growth just a service provider company with no any benefits no central involvement they hire and fire like jokes. Even if u are resigning from a higher position they will hold ur salary. Until u deposit laptop even if your FNF amount is 10 times of laptop value
