Dont join. Pls dont Small companies are even Betgeri than grab they are ready to deduct amounts from salary anytime with no reasons or false reasons. No work life balance no growth just a service provider company with no any benefits no central involvement they hire and fire like jokes. Even if u are resigning from a higher position they will hold ur salary. Until u deposit laptop even if your FNF amount is 10 times of laptop value
