I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. It seems like everyone is working together towards a common goal and I would be excited to be a part of that. While I think the company has a lot of strengths, one area that could use improvement is the communication process between departments. It seems like there could be some more clarity and collaboration to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
