It's just a big name in the digital marketing industry. The SEO department is not that great. Team members were good to work with. Apart from it there was nothing to like about the place.

Dislikes

1) Not organized - Even after providing SEO services for the past 7-8 years they are not organized. Whenever we had client meetings, they use to constantly ask us to do changes in the document or files. Even before leaving for the client meeting, the files were half finished. No fair amount of time was given. 2) Bad workflow management - New work use to pile on like hell. Every other day they assigned us new task with a very short deadline. This use to hamper the daily work schedule. 3) No work-life balance - The SEO head had no personal life. He use to be there in the office from morning till night. And he was expecting us to adopt to the same professional life. 4) Uncertain deadlines - Every other day tasks were assigned to us with the deadline of the same day Or next day. Sometimes I had to go to home and work till 11-12 PM to deliver what they had asked for. 5) Unnecessary and long meetings - Some meetings were really horrific. The SEO head use to repeat the same things again and again with nothing to conclude with. I had to interrupt sometimes, as I thought he has lost his mind. 6) No value of employees - The SEO head use to talk in a very rough manner with the interns. Even interns did not want to continue working as full time employees. 7) Work not related to SEO - Team members had to work on tasks that we not at all related to SEO. For e.g. review management. They are asked to create thousands of reviews for various brands although the company has a big & dedicated team for Online reputation management. 8) Wierd SEO approach - I honestly was not able to understand their SEO approach. They use to keep changing the keywords after every month if things were going sideways. For a client they said, we will need to change the keywords every 2 months. Did not make sense to me. 9) Do not trust their own team members - Whenever a employee wants to move out, they isolate the person and do not allow anyone to interact with him much. This is the most wierd thing that I have observed at any organization. 10) Don't want team members to have a bonding - Due to lack of trust, they show that they want the team members to have a nice bond. But that's just a fake persona. Their focus is more on what are the team members talking with each other. They also discuss these things confidentially. In reality they are just getting an impression of what the team members think about each other.

In my opinion, the perceived growth in carriers may not be as positive as it initially appears.

That people are extremely good and they value each and every mindset, they do not create issues to let you work your way and do not encourage micromanagement for leaders to excel and they always ensure salaries are paid on time compared to other agencies

Dislikes

That they do not add value to a senior resource in their advertising journey, they encourage below industry standards work and highlight as if they are doing clutterbreaking work, its a great place for beginners in advertising industry to learn and grow but for someone like me it is just another place where people at top level are talking big but not doing big

Hello My name is Hitesh Chauhan.I had worked this company since 2014 to 2016.My head and team mate played big politics with me.i only person given best support to users without any kind of senior(head) support i solved the problems.my team mate has stolen my person portable hdd in my bags.this is my person hdd.very important stuff in this hdd.i was remembered this day was friday just before Thursday night i had checked my bag all stuff has been ok ,next day means friday afternoon i had also again checked my bag same all stuff has ok but same day HDD was stolen.Head(IT) given pressure to me please leave the gozoop.that was i realized all politics played this head.My team mate and Head pressurized me and my family for resign the company but i am not given resign.i complained the HR for this situation but HR can not support me.i was very disappointed.i am not responding tany kind of call for the same situation.there was many thing i want to tell you but still can't tell.
