Poor management So much politics They didn’t pay the salary to the employee After the notice period they doesn’t clear the f&f which is not good for any employee Employee asked for his f&f balance but they didn’t respond and didn’t pay anymore.. so bad management

If you could manage to build/maintain good relations with the Director then you can expect good/fast career growth.

One man show (Director only takes command of each & every thing, whether it's compensation, finance of any employee or contribution to any school).

absolutely nothing. Indiscriminate cutting of the salaries and they don't give pay slips so see the cuttings and doesn't respond to mails. Force to travel and doesn't give support if we are affected with covid, issues terminations and forced to go on long leaves without pay. There is always biased treatment between employees due to proprietary organization. Not a company to reckon with. Employees doesn't cover under PF

Not a professional company and no job security. No career growth. There wont be any appraisals and no increments

...ng environment for this particular company is not good ,they have deducted 50% Salary. The support is not good , even after calling no of times they not picking anyone's phone

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
