Everybody wants the job in government sector because there is secured salary, fixed working hours ( in few jobs it can not be fixed like police and administration department)it deserves honer and so many other facilities.But there is a big bosism .It does not meant that how you are laborious or how you are honest but it is more important that how you can please your boss because that person who is your boss will evaluate your work.Sometime you will find a good boss who honer your efficiency but not often.Always you will find there frustrations sometimes from political persons sometimes from hire authorities and sometimes from public also.But afterall government jobs has very powerful attractions.

Dislikes

Because there is no Liberty for working.Political persons thinks that the government servents are their own servents.They always wants previllages against the rules.
