...anagement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilly. Company Policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politice and the management Doesn’t Address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years begore wnich you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

First I would like to say that I loved govind milk because of team work. I was doing logistics and dispatch work my team never said that today work is enough,they keep doing how much order we received from sales team. I have learned corporate life yes obviously I love my work as well as my company
