Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

(1) get ready to work 20-22 hrs a day if you want to work here. (2) You will get call anytime to reach office of you leave without working for 18-20 hrs atleast a day, you will receive call from VP asking how dare you to leave the office without serving for 18-20 hours a day. (3) Forget your personal life bcoz once you give them the reason that bcoz u have personal life and family as well so you will leave office on time. They will inform you very politely to leave office the very next day if you want to look ur family and personal life. (4) There are only 6 national holidays but you have to also reach office in those holidays like we did on Holi, Dussehra, republic day, independence day. (5) Sunday's are holiday but forget Sunday's. If you are not getting national holidays then how can you expect Sunday. (6) Don't get in their fake promises. Earlier they will behave like your own family members but once you join you will feel like you made a big mistake joining them.
