Though a feeling of deprivation pooks out as to receipt of very less Salary, DA, CA etc. comparing to the central govt. employees of the same post and nature of job, still there is job-satisfaction here, have ample scope to do good for the publics in this way or that. I have attained a very good, satisfactory and soothing service experience here. Enjoyed the accompaniment of a number of good and cooperative colleagues and in-service friends which have made my service experience the most charming, relishing and memorable. I am really very satisfied with my service as a Private Secretary.

Dislikes

Actually politics have vitiated the work-culture everywhere, Tripura is not exceptional.

Its a Govt. Of Tripura project, so as contructual govt servent we happy to work for the development of the state, authority also very help full in our work balance, time to time work should be completed they can help to complete the work.

Dislikes

Only promotion matter is dislike, bcz we serve as a fixed contructual employee as this organisation.

Job security along with chances to help poor farmers by ensuring farmers get all advantage from central Govt scheme.

Dislikes

No work culture, no reward for doing good job, promotion in job is limited, and subject to preferences to quota based and seniority wise, New ideas, higher education has no value, Human resource development programme is negligible.

Company is also open to all to progress its own skill in various field. its has different engagement like one of its type at beginning , than middle of its service and lastly at its pensioning period. likewise its demographic life cycle can be nicely described in different man and woman differently. Its had severely working period ,middle thinking period and lastly delivering experience period.. we work very happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Company is open type .All the different domestic animals are maintained with good management administration. My one ambitious colleague is in charge of principal here trying and working hard . It should have growth with one vision , mission and core competence. Good HRA and should continuous effort on quality improvement from all support for its organic, systematic and dramatic changes.
