I like all the norms and health schemes...of our government which is very useful for our people... while comparing with other states...our state far better......I loved my work and services towards my poor and geriatric patient who really needs health support....and miss all those now....

Doctor and pharmacist atrocities....very high in phc setups...... salary is very low.. threatening by regular workers was very high...work load for contract nurse's s unbearable.... anyway I loved my work...as a nurse at any kind of bad situation....

I Sincerely Hardworking to my role. But i can't management my Salary Amount and No Security to my Work. So i Need better position to grow up my knowledge and Liabilities.

Since Revenue and Disaster management department involved more than 20 different departments of Government,right from general administration to conducting general elections,we gain lot of exposure within and outside government.It makes us to handle and adopt to different situations and face challenges easily.

Except working as a nurse we can work as a sweeper

All other departments r without compitative exam they r posting as a regular post.ly nurses r posting as a contract post after the compitative exam with low wages more work

Many seniors appreciate the talent of the newbies and gives the scope for them to excel. Although there are as usual few exceptions.

Dislikes

Due to lesser human resources than needed, work might get piled up from time to time.
