Little bit professionalism is required while handling salary aspect of consultant. This negativity is more from the individual concern with the matter not from system.

Your performance will be generalized.. No appreciation for dedication. Work distribution is discriminating. If someone is working well then he will be loaded. If someone is cheating with work then he will be encouraged to do so.

5T introduction but it should be implemented strictly at clerical level especially.

Transparency need to be improved, quick processing of files, avoid corruption, lack of skill development at peripheral institution, Departmental hierarchy should be liberal in approach towards the employees,creation of more posts for doctors at or near Bhubaneswar whose permanent residence is at Bhubaneswar..

Really, working under Govt. of Odisha, is very charming and dignified. Administration is pro people. Policies are partly rigid and partly flexible. Payment of salaries and perks is on time. Better incentives are open for sincere employees. Governance is very transparent. On the whole, a very nice experience.
