There is a lot of politics and tha management does not address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 years before which you connot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

Very conducive nd friendly environment work culture,very nice work atmosphere,cafeteriapolitical interferes nd healthy work culture,timely compensation of remuneration nd easy appraisal system

Dislikes

Political interference nd lot of,lot of work as compared with compensation

Being a man of Horticulture very much like the hp govt as hp is a horticulture state and govt focuses much on horticulture which contributes to about 8 percent of state GDP

After working for 40 year with H.P.Govt I retired as Deputy Secretary in 2008.I am getting approximately Rs.50,000/- p.m. pension from H.P.Govt. Keeping in view my old age & other problems I prefer job in nearby locations .My job & experience was entirely administrative in various Deptts.like Police, Prosecution, Health, Horticulture, Education and Library work.

Dislikes

I donot dislike my working as Dy. Secy. I was honourably retired from this post on the due date that is 58 years of age and granted the pension as above.
