I get to handle a massive load of patients with very limited resources, helps develop management and procedural skills.

Not much pressure.Those who are permenant employee they just don't work. Only saving grace is that it is close to ny native place

No promotions of contractual employees.No salary increase.Few leaves as compared to permenant employees.No residence allotted.All work done by contractual doctors.Regular ones do very less work.No job security.Can be terminated same day as soon as regular employee joins.salries of contractual employees is also delayed

I thoroughly enjoyed my CRC experience at BJ Medical College. The high-volume casualty department helped me develop strong clinical skills, triage abilities, and resource management. The supportive faculty, emphasis on academic activities, and diverse patient population made my experience enriching and memorable.

It is one of the best Pediatric department in the country with well equipped PICU and allied subspecialties with sophisticated facilities and renowned facilities. Neonatology/ Pediatric Nephrology /Pediatric Neurology / Pediatric Cardiology are fully equipped subspecialties where as Pediatric Endocrinology and Pediatric Gastroenterology and Genetic clinics are also there which caters the need of entire Kerala state and even the southern districts of Tamilnadu. Faculties are eminent and interested in academic activities and research.
