I like the Brands associated with GIPL . I am fortunate to work with such great leaders it has given me whole new experience of the market .

There should be connect between the team & departments . I some what feel that transparency is little less . Inter department update does not come .

Communication within the team is transparent and efficient. managers give feeling for openness and feedback is encouraged. there are also ongoing efforts to improve communication with frequent team meetings.

The leadership team is approachable, and they regularly engage with employees to ensure everyone is aligned with the company's mission and you get a lot of opportunities to work and learn and also learn on multitasking as you are exposed to different departments.
