Worked for 6 months, extremely poor organisation. As talent Acquisition head, they blame for everything but not consider 120 % attrition

...ople out. As hr it was impossible to hire. Other departments were also cribbing. People leave in 6 months, no variable pay or hike. Just chaos More that 10 hrs attendance, with hr head ambika wadhwa no idea of what is happening. Just pushing her own agenda. 50% hr team left in less than an year across all hr department

I like the Brands associated with GIPL . I am fortunate to work with such great leaders it has given me whole new experience of the market .

There should be connect between the team & departments . I some what feel that transparency is little less . Inter department update does not come .

Communication within the team is transparent and efficient. managers give feeling for openness and feedback is encouraged. there are also ongoing efforts to improve communication with frequent team meetings.
