...nch especially HR and AVp and ED torchure i will resign from this company soon no salary hike to branch, just rs. 1000 after two years and HO get more salary no bonus and we cannot take leave and if asked hr and avp will kill you bad politics, no sales happening. company will close soon

Just good..Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give low salary hike and bonus every year.

പണിയെടുക്കാത്ത MD CEO യുടെ കാൽനക്കികൾക് ആവശ്യം പോലെ ലീവും, സാലറിയും. ഇതുവരെ ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ പോലും വരാത്ത RH എല്ലാ മാസവും ഒരു വലിയ തുക തന്നെ പെട്രോൾ allowance ആയി വാങ്ങുന്നു. കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് പണിയെടുത്താലും ഇൻസെന്റീവ് ഒന്നും അറിയാത്ത കുറെ നാറികൾ വീതം വച്ചു കൊണ്ടുപോകും. ഇവിടത്തെ MD CEO ജാതിയും മതവും നോക്കിയാണ് കാര്യങ്ങൾ തീരുമാനിക്കുന്നത്. കുറേ ചീത്തവിളി കേട്ടിട്ടാണ് ഇത്രയധികം ഞങ്ങൾ ബിസിനസ്‌, കളക്ഷൻ ചെയ്തത്. ഇപ്പോ ചീത്ത വിളിച്ചവരും, വിളിപ്പിച്ചവരും ഇല്ല. കാലുപിടിക്കാതെ മാസമസമുള്ള TA പോലും കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. ട്രൈനിങ്ങിൽ ഒന്ന് പറയും, എന്നിട്ടു MD CEO വിളിച്ചു മറ്റൊന്ന് പറയും. കാൽ നക്കികൾക്കല്ലാതെ ആത്മാഭിമാനമുള്ളവർക് ഇവിടെ പിടിച്ചു നിൽക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല.
