There no set KRA for the teams, u are randomly placed in teams once u join the company... HR dept is useless, no perks, no medical benefits, appraisals are not done on time, variable has nver been paid to employees till date...

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Meagre salary. High work pressure. Rules regarding ATE and EP are not clearly mentioned in the consent form. No monthly salary. Have to wait for two months for the salary to get credited. Had to work for more than ten hours. Timings are not flexible.
