No annual increments . Thry give increments once every 5 years .They deduct salary at the slightest pretext eg late to office by 1 minute will lead to being marked abdenyvfor half the day but still one has to work the whole day .They hire marketing personal from well known companies by msking fale promises and once the newcrecruit gets big acciunts then such cusyomers are xnatched byvthe owner who himselfvstarts hanfling these accounts and later the marketing executive manager either leavrs out of frustration or he / she is adked to leave . They have also opened another company by the name Exieda where nothing is different than Gopsons . In a very bad financial mesd.
