...nd all). The leaves they offer are just a number to lure applicants to join GOC. GOC may look awesome as it's under Alphabet Inc and the salary may be good for some who were given high salary, but it's still your choice.

GOC was a great place to work only because of my direct Managers who were very supportive throughout my tenure at GOC and the pay was also really good!

...ey were never approachable and never created awareness pertaining to some issue. Despite they used to come at the end moment to fire people and do cost cutting and used to get awards for that, and the senior management sitting in the states doesn't know these people's best practices :)
