The team. They’ve got nothing to do with this.

Dislikes

Absolutely horrible. The management is the worst. They don’t pay you in time. They don’t pay you the entire amount either. You can expect a lot of misbehaving & False promises. The back office politics is incorrigible. The safety and health standards are never followed. The kitchen hygiene is the absolute worst. One should NEVER join this place.

No culture, No environment, No appreciation, No employee benefits, Very low salary. Discrimination in salaries and positions on the basis of college and degree and physical appearance. Orthodox Higher Management with high resistant to change with respect to present market scenario. Discrimination in stipend and accommodation of the industrial trainees on the basis of college, IHM students are paid more rather than other colleges. Worst place to work in Especially in the back of the house.

Many staff members have reported that after resigning, the management either delays or completely withholds their final salary without providing a legitimate reason. This creates a hostile work environment and adds unnecessary stress, especially for those who rely on their income to meet immediate financial obligations. Such practices reflect poorly on the resort’s management and disregard the rights of their employees.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
