No culture, No environment, No appreciation, No employee benefits, Very low salary. Discrimination in salaries and positions on the basis of college and degree and physical appearance. Orthodox Higher Management with high resistant to change with respect to present market scenario. Discrimination in stipend and accommodation of the industrial trainees on the basis of college, IHM students are paid more rather than other colleges. Worst place to work in Especially in the back of the house.

Absolutely horrible. The management is the worst. They don’t pay you in time. They don’t pay you the entire amount either. You can expect a lot of misbehaving & False promises. The back office politics is incorrigible. The safety and health standards are never followed. The kitchen hygiene is the absolute worst. One should NEVER join this place.

Work Environment is good. Everything is good but have to improve to best label. As per staffs salary is better.

There is a lot of politics here. No job security for the lower stage staffs. For some managers the resorts rating points here are declining. Have to Improve that

Such practices reflect poorly on the resort’s management and disregard the rights of their employees.
