a business intelligence analyst

I got an offer in tech Mahindra as BI analyst with 3 years exp. They are in the final time to release the offer. Now I resigned last week with an offer of 10.75lpa. Tech M are in discussion to offer me around 12 to 13 lpa. I am Also in discussion with another mnc they are also at the same ctc. And both are offering me remote or hybrid. Time zones are extreme day and night. Now my company is very small and is offering me an SME role with 12.5 lpa. 11+1.5 lpa. I am in a dilemma to go for what? Should I go for a brand or a small company with an SME role of the same offer?

I don't recommend this shit company to join.They won't pay the salary when they don't have project assignement for you.You will experience zero percent job security right from the day 1.Whoever having families and dependencies don't join this company.Always keep this as last choice

Worst company culture Horrible HR policies , if you resign Hr will not pick your calls , Fnf is not processed in 6months HR will not reply your emails also. No job security. Attrition is high because of that. Illiterate team Would not recommend to join.
