This Company is best only for Startup’s carrier Candidates & Low experienced (1-2 years) employees. Only growth for experience. Not at all for others.

No good salary packages as per office located in mumbai, No medical facilities, No any team leader, No paid leaves, 2 month resigned notice period but after completed the notice No FNF, your lost 2 month salary. People’s who know about the GOLDMINES TELEFILMS don’t even want to applying the job & interview also. The company has no Management only first & last Owners (Ulka shah mam & Manish shah sir). As per company rules 9 hrs shift & one week off but every employee Daily shift 11 to 12 hrs normally & in my team every employee doing 12 to 15 hrs & sometimes 17 to 18 hrs shift. You can not even take your leaves with your requirements / wishes. There is a lot of totally mental & physically stress.

No security about job at all. Lots of politics, no promotion or appraisal gives on time, very narrow minded organization, poor culture, no medical facility, no salary on time, very poor management and bad experience so far

Work environment and culture are not good. Teammates are supportive and no comments for management. Company policies are exists for exit employees only. No week offs, no public holidays, no leave calender, no appointment letter, no employee ID, no HR portal and HR hiding employees leave balance. Sorry to say this but this is fact. Nightmare to work with the organization.
