My name is karan Sharma from jaipur Rajasthan. There is lot of work pressure in this hotel, it is not a good idea to go here for the housekeeping department . There is lot of work, morning shift start 8am after this we have to make 15room ready and cheak out room check and laundry pik up and then trolley set up , all garbage out , there is lot of work pressure in this hotel ,I worked from here only 1month this all the work only morning shift so I m not suggestion to any friends to in this hotel

I DID NOT MUCH JOB STATISFCATION BUT I HAD GOOD EXPERIENCE .NOT PROFESSIONAL BUT PERSONALLY IT HELPED ME LOT . PROFESSIONALISM IN COMPANY WAS POOR. THE PEOPLE I WORKED WERE GOOD. IT WAS Difficult for me meet work life balance when i was working there.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
