Some policies need to be reformed like onsite opportunities, weekend/overtime working payment is very less. Should introduce sick leaves.

... teammates. ProperTraining and Knowledge transfer provided. Appraisal on time. Salary on time. Good work environment. Good work life balance. Recreational activities organization. Very good HR team. Always gives prompt response.

Less career growth as a fresher.

Good culture with work life balance. No seniority level as such if we talk about higher management You can easily reach out to managers, directors, vp and talk about any open points. Onsite travel opportunities are there.

Dislikes

If you fail to learn or apply their product knowledge they might put you on pip. No skill development as such because you have to work on there tools and product, unless you are in product development or other team where they perform enhancements or work on the higher product versions. Work politics is there as usual just like every other company

Work Culture is Great. Seniors are supportive and login and logout timings are flexible.

Dislikes

You wont be getting any learning opportunities. GS works on old web technologies and ideas. Not recommended to join as a fresher as you will end up wasting your time.

It is an excellent place to work and enjoy. I have been working at goldensource for 7 years and its an amazing career growth and satisfaction that I got.

Dislikes

Earlier there was lot of enthusiasm and cultural fests happening at goldensource. But now it is only having work culture with no fun part.
