They give me job security and I appreciate the management for taking concerns about each of their employees, providing all needed facilities to us ,. Even in hard times they had helped me a lot , they have good working environment and culture .

Totally nothing to like about working at golden tulip, no wonder labor turn over is at an alarming rate, cheap labor is the order of the day.

There is virtually nothing to motivate one to work at Tulip, for starters security is quite elusive , work environment is harsh laced with witch handing.Mingling with others is a thing of the past hence divide and rule and authoritarian type of management thrives coupled with nepotism and racial discrimination, Hence hesitant to put forth suggestions.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base. As a result I get to travel abroad especially to middle East
