...nity is a talk of dream here. No compensation, pf, and other benifits available. Salary deduction happens due to leave. I applied for better opany but they did not grant me for tat rather accepted my resignation but no proper release letter was provided as per corporate norms. They do not provide any joining or appointment letter to the new employee. Everything there is full of duplication.
