Awful people to work for nothing good to say except the Sudanese are awesome. Without them I would have gone hungry

Refused payments Wasn't given promised transport Wasn't allowed any access to money for even food as VISA/ATM dont accept western cards Cast adrift by a line manager who wasn't fit to lead, knew less than me and wanted me out as I noticed his corruption When i resigned 8 weeks in they tried to force me out of the country, forcing me on to a flight still owing me money and I had to get a lawyer, given him power of attorney and get labor ministry involved. The issue was later settled in my favour and this company punished by the labour ministry.

Working with Golden Arrow for Passenger Charter Bus is amazing because i learn from my senior number of things which very help full for me in UAE for every organisation, The way they train me is outstanding, It's a small business organisation so there is no chance for Career Growth and promotion, No Chance for Salary increase, I did there lot of travel to visit different Companies for collection of Checks etc,

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
