People are good, company provides good training, company has less employee strength so you get lots of work and more learning, gradually you will become multi tasker

Compensation is good but work pressure is very high, management don't respect individuals, so you would loose your confident gradually

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
