The founder is very helpful, no toxic environment,

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

the thing they are lacking of is they do same work again and again everyday , they are not running with current competition and technologies, some employees and team leaders of other departments are doing politics that are not good sign of this company and founder should focus on this and you will not get any growth here ,no promotions, no appreciation ! Just do your work and go home is the policy here

About goldenmace i most like is the atmosphere, it very cool, energetic. And also there is no strike atmosphere. Here they are not focused on the employee working hour or other things. They only matter with the employee productive work.
