I had joined Gold plus glass in June 2019. Gold plus is India’s fast test growing glass industry . Right now gold plus is second largest manufacturer of float glass in India . Top management is very much supportive in any situation. Company culture is good for all beginners and experience personal also . This is my second company in glass industry , and as per my experience this is much better then others.

Although there is nothing bad experience for me in this company. Salary always on time , other benefits like incentive etc on time .

I have been working in this organisation for the last 8 years. And it’s my first company. Gold Plus Glass is growing very fast, so chances for career growth are very high here. Lots of opportunities in many fields are here. Talent and creativity are honoured. Management is visionary and they are very polite, they listen to the issues patiently and then take decision on the basis of their knowledge to the matter, so job security is good here.

Good work environment and culture. Totally indian company. Fair salary hike and bonus. Easy to talk with upper management. Good teamwork. Fair policies. Job is secured if you are honest with work.

The organization is situated at Kala Amb, which is situated at Haryana-Himachal border. The work timing is suitable for the employees.

...hat there is no career growth opportunities as there is no new working schedule. The is no schedule for salary increments of the existing employees.
