There was ZERO support from company during COVID-19 Lockdown. The only good thing about the company is its quality of milk & products. Apart from that, the company is least bothered about anyone (employees/distributors/customers).

The company work culture is terrible. Very unprofessional and unorganised organization structure. No team work or cooperation among the employees. Company is not open for innovations or adopting latest technologies. Working on conventional methods(100% paperwork). Bureaucratic culture. Very Slow decision making.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Most important thing is the quality of products prepared in Gokul is excellent I loved it nd I thankful to my college and dairy administration to give me opportunity to work with them.
